Booking Guidelines & Policies

To ensure a smooth and organized experience for everyone, please review the following:

Appointments & Punctuality

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, the appointment is canceled, and the deposit is forfeited.If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Guests

Only one extra guest is allowed (a parent or child). As a mom myself, I understand, but space is limited.

Travel Services

I am home based and I offer mobile services within the river region for a $15 travel fee.

Hair Preparation

Hair must be washed, dried, and fully detangled before the appointment. Send a photo of the preferred hairstyle immediately after booking (no later than 24 hours before your appointment).
